The location is great. You can see the JR station right from the window. There's convenience stores and a supermarket with the tax-free counter in 5-minute walk. It's good for customers like me who didn't buy the hotel breakfast. The elevator is fast. Room is clean for sure.

Staff were friendly and attentive at check-in. Reliable facilities as you expect from an APA hotel. Close to the station so a great base for exploring Saga and the surrounding area.

Room was comfortable and although we didn’t prepay for breakfast we ended up buying breakfast because there aren’t many sit down restaurants nearby that were open.
